AÜG Compliance Essentials

A six-module path for agencies and host companies that need a shared vocabulary on German temporary agency work rules — with artifacts you can file, not just remember.

Professional reviewing spreadsheets and notes

Learning outcomes

  • Explain licence boundaries and when a placement is Arbeitnehmerüberlassung versus a service contract.
  • Build an equal-treatment comparison that includes premiums, not only base pay.
  • Track maximum assignment durations across related host entities.
  • Assemble an inspection binder with named owners for each document type.
  • Facilitate a joint agency–host kickoff using our duty matrix.

Anke Richter

Lead facilitator · former in-house employment counsel

Anke spent a decade advising manufacturing and logistics groups on staffing models before joining Networkapiagents. She designs the equal-treatment worksheets and still coaches Module 6 rehearsals personally.

Participant notes

“Module 3’s entity-map exercise stopped us from ‘resetting’ assignments between two subsidiaries that shared a works council.”

Stefan H. · Agency operations, Ruhr area

“Strong on process. I still wanted more sector-specific pay examples for retail — we filled those in during the coach review.”

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. Networkapiagents provides educational consultation and training. Engage qualified German counsel for advice on specific disputes or licence applications.

Can agencies and hosts attend the same cohort?

Yes. Mixed rooms are encouraged. We ask competing agencies in the same local market to flag conflicts so we can seat them in alternate cohorts.

What is a real limitation of this program?

We do not cover collective-bargaining negotiation strategy or works-council litigation tactics. Those require specialist counsel beyond our curriculum scope.

How is pricing handled?

Listed prices are informational. Invoicing and payment terms are arranged offline after your enquiry — this website has no checkout.
